About the artist

Ket’s bold digital art brings  colour up to the surface and highlights form and structure, often focusing on bringing the overlooked into full view. With a background in horticulture and an eye for the architecture beauty of plants along with a fascination for machinery, insects, road signs and marine life, Ket is inspired by the boundary between the natural and human made world, the edges of things and imperfection in all its forms.

Along with creating digital art, Ket also paints in acrylic and ink, using traditional brushes along with found objects: leaves, waste packing materials, bottle tops and discarded packing tape rolls are all used to create a mixed media blend of printing and painting.
